Cancellation Policy

My priority is to serve you in the best way possible. I believe your appointment time is very valuable and I understand things can happen, for this matter, I kindly ask you for a 24-hour cancellation notice so, I can plan accordingly to inform clients on a waiting list.

If you don’t cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged a 25% fee on your next appointment.
