Who Is Leo

Leonor Pilsmaker (Leo) graduated from beauty school in El Salvador, her native country, in 1998. Leo moved to the USA in 2010 where she got her Stylist License validated by the state of Massachusetts in 2014. After, Leo worked for 3 years at Charles David Salon.

Leo is Toni and Guy trained and was the creative director at their salon in El Salvador in 2000 and in Hingham in 2017, soon after she took her first Masters of Balayage class, following, Leo became an Ambassador for the brand. At this position, Leo was given the opportunity to meet top Balayage educators, assisting many classes around the New England area while working behind the chair.

One day she decided that becoming an independent stylist was the right move to get the freedom she needed to manage her busy schedule assisting balayage classes, educational events, working with her clients behind the chair and taking care of her own family.

Introducing Steph

Stephanie Tassinari is a skilled hairstylist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in blonding, natural reds, and vivids. Keratin complex certified and various extension methods.

Steph offers personalized services tailored to each client. She is dedicated to creating maintenance programs that uits her clients’ lifestyles, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Outside of work, Steph is a proud mother of two daughters, valuing the balance between her career and family life.

Introducing Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley Hardiman. I have been in the hair care industry for the last 10 years creating individualized cuts and colors suited to each of my clients unique lifestyles and personalities.

I hold my Masters instructors license in cosmetology and have taught at TONI&GUY Hairdressing academy for the past 3 years while also staying current and working behind the chair.

My specialty would be in hair color and blonding as I have gone through the Sassoon advanced color training program. I’m so excited to be joining the team at L. Method.

Introducing Ashley Reardon

Ashley has been a professional hairstylist for 4 years. She enjoys creating personalized looks for each client, be it a dimensional lived-in balayage or traditional foils with a modern spin, not to mention she is also an extension certified specialist.
Ashley tailors each look to her clients’ aesthetic and lifestyle, while keeping a focus on maintaining the integrity of the hair. She enjoys providing thoughtful haircuts on hair of any length.
She is a lifelong learner and is always seeking out new techniques and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.
